We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, EMT,PAYPAL or Money Orders in CDN funds. ALL CHARGES ARE PLACED AT TIME OF ORDER IN CANADIAN FUNDS. If the part is in stock it will be shipped within 72 hours. If a product becomes backordered our goal is to ship to you in 3 weeks or less. We ship through Canada Post Expedited or FedEx ground within North America. All products shipped F.O.B. Courtice, ON Canada. Brokerage and/or customs fee's may apply for customers outside Canada and is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Orders placed that have multiple products Bickle Racing will endevour to package and ship the products so a lesser shipping fee may apply. Customers may see a lesser shipping charge in this case. Bickle Racing will endevour to reduce the shipping charges where applicable.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please obtain an RMA number (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) from your salesperson. Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the Buyer from Bickle Racing in advance and must be made within (10) days of receiving the product. All returned products to Bickle Racing will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply on all returned items.
All products which are approved for return will be refunded within 15 to 30 days. All products returned must be in the original packaging and wrapping and must be in the same condition as it was originally delivered by Bickle Racing to the Buyer.
Only the original Buyer may request for a return of products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only, and only after the part has been cleared from Bickle Racing will the buyer receive the product back. After receipt of goods, Bickle Racing shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If Bickle Racing does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, Buyer must accept incurred costs. Parts which have been mounted or used are not returnable under any condition. WE DO NOT ISSUE CREDITS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED, INSTALLED, OR OTHERWISE RENDERED NOT SALE ABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
PRICES/PHOTOS:
We reserve the right to change any price or item without prior notice. Bickle Racing will not be held liable for products that do not match exactly the photos shown on our site. Products depicted on our website may not be exactly as shown.
DAMAGED / LOST IN TRANSIT:
Refuse delivery when the driver attempts to deliver a damaged package. It is your responsibility to inspect the package for damage upon delivery. If the package was dropped off, promptly call FedEx at 1.800.463.3339, or call us at (905) 432-8988. We will gladly assist you with filing a claim. When in Stock, we will promptly replace lost or damaged merchandise as soon as we receive a claim number from the carrier or the part is returned to us. Please understand it is your responsibility to secure the package when the driver delivers to your address. LOSS AFTER DELIVERY WILL NOT BE COVERED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
PARTS INSTALLATION/FITMENT POLICY:
Motorcycles can be dangerous. Bickle Racing has no control over the use of any part. Bickle Racing is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment or act of nature. Bickle Racing, therefore, expects the customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use, and maintenance of any part.
